• Comment: Mike and Eli were quick, efficient, professional and - unlike so many other service providers these days - they were actually polite and friendly. They just finished cleaning the HVAC ducts so it's too soon to comment on the impact in terms of reducing dust and odor (they said it should be noticeably different in about two weeks, once all the superfine dust particles clear through the system), but I definitely appreciate their work.
