Comment: Monica was the carpet technician that came in and cleaned my 2nd story carpets. She did a great job. Monica was very knowledgeable about the carpet cleaning process and what was going on with my carpets specifically. I appreciate the time she took to explain different potential problem areas and was very careful to clean the carpet with care. I need duct cleaning done next and I will be requesting that Monica comes to my home to assist.
